Step one
See what your invoices say.
Send six to twenty-four months of invoices. Within three business days, JILLIAN shows you what you've been paying, line by line, and where every number came from. Nothing to sign up for, and your price check needs no vendor logins.
Step two
JILLIAN manages your purchasing.
What you give her
A signed Procurement Agency Agreement that names exactly what she may do on your behalf, and access to the vendor accounts you already use. There's no new account to create.
What she does
For every item on your list, JILLIAN checks each vendor that carries it. Across a full order, that's hundreds of vendors, with more added all the time. When a price creeps up, she sees it and checks it against every other vendor that carries the item. She counts shipping in every order, including free-shipping minimums, so the best price is the price you actually pay.
Your rules
Mark any item "do not substitute" and she won't. Name the alternatives you accept and she'll stay within them. Leave an item unmarked and you're allowing an equivalent: a person in Procurement Operations checks it against the original before it's ordered.
What you keep
You remain the customer of record on every vendor account. Supplies ship from the vendor directly to you. You can log in yourself, reset any password, or end our access, at any time.
You tell JILLIAN what you need. She shops the order and places it under your rules.
Send it however is easiest: a list, a photo, a message. She finds the best available price among the vendors she checks, places the order, and sends you a confirmation. Sending the request is your approval, unless you've told her otherwise.
Anything unusual, like a piece of equipment, comes back to you by text or email, with the details and a photo, for your OK before it's ordered.

You get the record behind every order.
The JILLIAN Clarity Report. Your first one covers your first three months. After that, one arrives every calendar quarter.
It's the full record: what you didn't pay on the orders she placed, every order and every price, what each was compared against, and the fee. Every figure traces to a record.

If you don't have a favorite
You don't need one. JILLIAN does the price comparing, and whoever does your ordering gets those hours back.
A flat percentage of managed supply spend, stated in writing before anything is managed. Never a markup.
