A comparison of what you paid against publicly listed prices, shown as a comparison and nothing more. It is not money owed or available. It is never added to the verified figure and never shares a total with it.

Will my vendors know?
No. JILLIAN reads the invoices you send. She doesn't contact your vendors and doesn't log into your accounts.
Do my invoices have to be clean?
No. Photos of paper invoices are fine.
What about items JILLIAN hasn't priced before?
She prices what she can. Items with a price history are compared against verified records. For the rest, she looks for published catalog prices. She never contacts your vendors. Anything she can't price yet is listed, so you can see exactly what the headline covers, and she keeps working on it. Sometimes only one vendor carries an item, and the price is the price.
Does it include shipping?
No. The price check compares item prices only. When JILLIAN manages your ordering, she prices each whole order, shipping included.
How long does it take?
JILLIAN replies within one business day with your private upload link. Your price check arrives within three business days of your upload.
Do I need to create an account or share logins?
No. Nothing to sign up for, and your price check needs no vendor logins. You upload invoices through a private link.
What happens to my invoices?
They pass through temporary cloud storage on their way to hardware goJILLIAN controls, where they're verified intact and read. The cloud copy is deleted, normally within minutes.
Who reviews it?
A person in goJILLIAN Procurement Operations reviews your price check before it reaches you.
Is goJILLIAN paid by vendors?
No. No rebates, no commissions, no volume payments. JILLIAN is paid by the practice she represents.
What happens after?
When your price check is ready, we send it to you. If you'd like, Colby Gibson, goJILLIAN's founder, will walk through it with you. Managed purchasing is a separate decision, and the price check is yours to keep either way.
